She is influenced by great musical artists such as Jill Scott, Chrisette Michele, Lauryn Hill, Marvin Gaye, Earth, Wind & Fire, Billy Holiday and many more. This influence created an amazing ear for music and the ability to write phenomenal lyrics. By age 17, she had already written her first song "You Got Me" and performed it at several venues in the Buffalo area. By age 22, her style matured and she took her craft to another level performing with a live band, extending her venue list and opening for artists like Slick Rick and Noel Gourdin. Constantly on the move and continually working to perfect her craft, she is striving to obtain her lifelong goal of becoming a superstar. In doing so, she always remains focused, humble and eager for you to journey with her into "The Undeniable Experience". -- #465 Posted on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 -- All News | About | Bios | Events | Features | Newsletters Poems | Spotlights | Videos ![]() |
