A 2-minute glimpse at Soul Sanctuary's first documentary film on the development of the Philadelphia underground Black arts scene and its contribution to what is commonly referred to as the "neosoul" music movement. Featuring performances and/or interviews with Jill Scott, Ursula Rucker, Rich Medina, Bernard Collins, Sabela (ovasoul7), Wareen Oree and many others. Also includes footage of various open mic performances.
