 I am DJ Bemi from South London. My Musical style is based on Soul, Funk, Hip Hop, Electronica and Jazz. I have spun at several London Clubs that include, Cargo, Market Place, East Village, Plastic People and Jazz Cafe. As part of a Collective called Amplified, we created our own movement by playing underground soul and hip hop. I've been a DJ since the 90s but I do believe that good music is still made to this day. So I really like to push new material. The bulk of the music on my mixes, fall into the Future / Neo Soul and True School Hip Hop genres. Examples of the artists that I'm into at the moment are: Reggie B, Daru Jones, Tall Black Guy, Hazel, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Slackah the Beatchild, Elaquent, Shafiq Hussayne, iShe, Hawthorn Headhunters and LyricL.
